Jimie-Wray and Karla joined the Stillwater Church family on January 1, 2017. He graduated with a Bible degree from Oklahoma Christian University in 1991 and received a Master of Arts Degree in Bible with specialization in Family Life Ministry in 2000. Jimie-Wray has served as a pulpit minister in Muskogee and Hinton, Oklahoma and the last 9 years in Hutchinson, Kansas. He served as adjunct Instructor for Connors State college in Muskogee. Jimie-Wray and Karla have two children, a daughter, Piper, who is married and lives in Edmond and a son, Noah, who is attending OSU.
UNIVERSITY CENTER DIRECTOR
Monty and his wife, Jenny, have faithfully served this campus ministry since 1994. They have two sons, Harrison and Kyeson, and a daughter, Melanie. Monty earned his Bachelor’s Degree from OSU and his Master’s in Ministry from ACU. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, playing fantasy football, and working with tools.
Derrick has worked with the church as an intern since 2013 while completing his masters at Oklahoma Christian. He received his Masters in 2017. He has been serving as a full time Youth Minister with the Stillwater Church of Christ since January 2016.
Haley started as the Children's co-coordinator in August 2020.
Haley and her husband, Zach, have two children, Haven and Eden.
Elisha started as the Children's co-coordinator in August 2020.
Elisha and her husband, Ryan, have three children, Chloe, Eli, and Titus.
YOUTH WOMEN'S MINISTER
Elyse joined the Youth Ministry staff in 2019 working with her husband, Derrick Tharp. She is a wonderful godly leader serving us!!! She has been instrumental in the growth of our women's ministry, discipleship, and outreach. The enthusiasm, gentleness, and joy with which she serves Christ is contagious! She is married to Derrick Tharp our Associate Family Minister who has been serving our Youth Group for over 8 years now. We are fortunate to have this amazing couple leading, serving, and mentoring our youth.
Sid has worked with the Mission of Hope and other agencies to assist in providing care for the less fortunate members of our body and throughout the community.
